Great pharmacy, the staff are great. They really value their customers and make you feel welcome and seem to be very knowledgeable. Recent refurb is great and they also have a 24hr vending machine to collect your meds if you can't get there during the day
Visiting Speeds Pharmacy is an extremely pleasant experience. The pharmacy has recently undergone a smart and professional refurb for a new layout which includes consultation rooms. The staff are pleasant, efficient and customer focused. Even at the busiest of times it is not stressful and the queue is treated in a timely manner. I have switched pharmacies recently to Speeds Pharmacy due to their customer service, clinical services provision and efficiency on informing when prescriptions are ready to collect. The collection service is first class. John runs a tight ship and ensures loyalty works both ways with customer service and customer maintenance. Staff have a great system they work to involving excellent communication via headsets and automated dispensing technology. Fantastic pharmacy choice - Speeds Pharmacy.
Excellent service great staff
This pharmacy has a newly installed 24 hour dispensing machine built into the external wall. It’s an absolute game changer! The staff here are always friendly, helpful and polite and the pharmacists always accommodate any medication changes or particular requests I have. Efficient and well run in my opinion. Top tip: Speeds pharmacy is part of the ‘Choose Pharmacy’ system and the ‘Common Ailments Service’ providing free advice and treatment for a variety of conditions once you register your details with them. Well worth doing!
Self isolation with Covid and asked for prescription to be delivered and it arrived next day. All staff i spoke to were very helpful and we are very grateful for this excellent service thank you
