   I had great help from 2 members of the team with a prescription for a different pharmacy and a drug that seems to be in short supply. The evening team member left notes for the morning staff and when I got there at 09.30 it had all been sorted. They could not have been more helpful. Thanks

   Repeated mistakes month after month and now stopping blister packs for Patients who have previously received them for a long time. If you can't keep up with them, either take on more staff or not take on more Patients- those previously using you shouldn't be affected!

   Really uncaring staff. Because my HRT was on the same prescription as another item, I couldn't use my prepayment certificate. This wasn't the case last time. So I either had to pay twice for my HRT or pick which item I wanted. I had to unpack my prescriptions in front of other customers and leave half of it on the counter. They were quite rude. I explained that I would be without my medication over the weekend but they didn't care. I will not be using any asda pharmacies again.

   I want to thank the lady from Asda Pharmacy Woodchurch- a huge thank you. I rang midday to see if my husband’s prescription was ready, he was unwell in bed and he’s the only one who drives. I’m shielding so the lady I spoke to said she’d deliver the prescription which she did not long after. I am so grateful and appreciate the wonder help. Thank you xxxx
