   I called in last week as I was desperate for my prescription, I had been to 4 other chemist's with no luck, the lady that served me was amazing and more. As she explained to me the prescription I'd been given is very hard to find in that strength, and she hadn't seen it in a long time, so she came up with a solution This lady i can't thank enough she is a credit to your team, sorry I didn't get your name.

   Shocking customer service and useless. I was initially told prescription hadn't been sent despite fact GP out of hours having sent it midnight in front of me. When she actually bothered to check again she magically found the prescription but then they didn't have the medication in. Suggested I go elsewhere and it may be wise to call ahead to check first as if it was my fault they didn't have it in

   Thank you for keeping hold of my lads little bunny rabbit toy that he left behind in the shop. I called up and called the pharmacist by accident, he kindly took my details and passed it onto customer service. Where they called me back within minutes and were kind and friendly and so happy to help. Excellent customer service and my little boy is reunited with bun bun
