    Male pharmacist working on 24/05/25 made things difficult for no reason, rude and condescending. Go elsewhere if you don’t want to feel judged by your pharmacist. Pharmacists are meant to be healthcare professionals—not gatekeepers who make already difficult situations worse. I left feeling embarrassed, anxious, and entirely unsupported. If you’re looking for discretion, empathy, or even basic professionalism, I suggest you go elsewhere.

    Thank you for failing to show some empathy when I couldn’t find my gift card quick enough for you to get back to chatting with your colleagues. I’ve had more positive interaction from a stone. I was just about to say “have a good day”, when you turned away and returned to whatever was more interesting than doing what you are paid to do. There’s better choice on line and at larger stores, but I chose to support the local branch. Will probably head to Bromborough instead. I know that working in retail is hard, I’ve done it. Customers can be rude and impatient, but I was neither. You were both. ps have a good day.
