Ridiculously slow! Staff are lovely but not enough of them! Need 2 separate counters, one for prescription queries and another for quick service!

Do the people in the Brynteg area realise how extremely fortunate we are to have this wonderful facility on our doorstep? The staff are always willing to help, remain polite on every occasion, even when they are rushed off their feet with a crowded shop. They are always willing to find out at what stage your prescription is at. A massive thank you to the pharmacist and every one who works there, they all give 100% of themselves. Without a doubt this is the busiest and best Pharmacy in Wrexham. They deserve to be commended.

I went to Rowlands in Brynteg in need of antibiotics for very bad tonsillitis when I couldn't get through to my doctors. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Karen at the desk was so helpful and then the Pharmacist (I didn't get her name unfortunately) took me into the side room, was able to swab my throat, get me a prescription and get the antibiotics immediately for me. Can't reccomend enough!

I have been living in the area for the last 5 years and have been a regular at this pharmacy during this time. The staff are brilliant, always incredibly helpful, friendly and service with a smile. I have been present when customers have been incredibly rude to the staff and they have handled them professionally and politely (I certainly couldn’t have been as polite and professional as they were!) I went in today to see the pharmacist under the common ailment scheme. She was able to see me within minutes, she was fantastic and made me feel at ease. I suffer with bad anxiety especially in social situations and she made me feel really relaxed. Thank you :-)

Today I went in for medical advise as their website states they provide. However, when speaking with the pharmacy manager β€˜Alison’ me and my grandmother were met with a sarcastic, derisory and completely unnecessary comment when my grandmother said she didn’t have her bank card with her to pay for recommended tablets on my behalf - not knowing I had my own method of payment - which was answered with β€œwell what did you think you were coming here for?” Followed by a puzzled look at me. Whether this was to make my grandmother feel stupid in front of other customers in the store I’m not sure, but she’s come away feeling embarrassed and belittled by somebody who was clearly not having a good day. A disappointing blemish on the otherwise friendly staff.

Friendly helpful staff, repeat prescription has to be in a week before I need it, always on time.

I would give Zero! This Chemist is deeply disturbing, they not only gave me only 42 of my monthly prescription of 56 Thyroxine, that I’m completely dependent on, not having a Thyroid! They bare faced lied about giving the 56 saying they seen 56 being given, when they clearly couldn’t have, as there was only 42! Not only that after going back and having a 15 minute telephone conversation, where the woman, was clearly a bit slow in understanding the basics and 20 minute conversation, regarding the matter in the chemist, they still handed back the 42 to be returned to me, as I’ve not been able to attend being extremely ill! So this will be the 3rd time that I will now have to attend the Chemist with god knows what, during this Covid 19 epidemic, putting all our lives at risk, because the pharmacist cannot do basic maths a 5 year old child can do and the, clearly not so bright assistant, is a liar!! This chemist is dangerous and I’ll be reporting it to everyone I have to, till it is taken over, by someone who understands the importance of listening and basic maths!! Absolutely shocking!
