Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bus stop is right next to the hostel, and the metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. I stayed here for only one night, but I will definitely come back when I have the chance and stay for a longer time. Highly recommended!

Multiple stays here. It is now our go to place for staying in London. 15 mins bus ride from Waterloo station, clean rooms (a little tired) good breakfast and towel hire. Staff are lovely. Sometimes it's a bit noisy and busy, but not too bad for a hostel. For 4 people in our own room with own toilet, £50 per night is unbeatable.

Exactly what I was expecting for a YHA. Service at reception and in the dining area were absolutely great, private room is clean and compact (en suite shower area is very compact!), location close to bus stops and walkable to underground and overground services. If you're looking for a hostel with easy access to central London, this is ideal for the price.

It was my 1st time to visit London, as I was dog tired after the whole day outsider - nothing more is required. I gave 4 stars only because years ago I spent night in a real hotel Novotel in Warsaw, Poland and there I would give 5 stars. But here 4 stars is enough for trip purpose like mine, in other words - just what doctor ordered. My room was nice, clean, even not that loud place as some people write here. I hope one day to come back there. Good food as well. Recommended by me, best regards :-)

A massive thank you to the staff at YHA! We were having a bit of a nightmare weekend with a hotel cancelling on us, we managed to secure a last minute booking at YHA and the staff were very kind to let us store our bags and get ready in the common area before our event. The wine & pizza in the cafe was great too! The following day after check-out we had another disaster situation, and long story short the receptionists let us use their phone to make a call, use their charger and go back to our room to retrieve a lost item. Without the YHA staff being so accommodating, our stressful weekend would be have 10 times worse! The room itself was clean and everything we needed for one night, good value food, nice communal areas and overall great vibes! Thank you again

Super clean and nice. A bit more of a walk than Google maps makes it feel like. You'll get a super newer hostel. Plus being near the water and almost have that feeling you're outside of the city at night. Maybe not the best location if you need to be in central London everyday but perfect for just about anyone else.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and the dorm for 6 people was quite spacious. It was better than expected. Sadly we slept rather poorly because the rooms were very warm. The heat was on max it seemed and we could not turn it off. I would come back, but ask the staff to do something about the heat. The staff was friendly but sadly there was so luggage room, so you have to pay for a locker.

Lovely place, quiet room even though we we were facing the road. Beds are nice, fresh clean bedding, and very little sounds from the hallway. The area around the hostel is quiet and nice, green areas all around, 15 min walk from Canada Water underground. Stay here and pay way less for the same quality than you would somewhere closer to the city centre.

Clean, nice breakfast, and lots of space in rooms. Some of the facilities eg. showers are looking a bit run down, and not every guest sticks to the no noise between 11pm-7am (which is understandably difficult to enforce). For the price it's great as a base to sleep.

Dinner is ok, with a salad bar and pudding included. The bar/cafe is good value for money. Breakfast is superb. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially considering we had a group of 40 children with us! The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. On hot nights the room was quite warm, but they do provide a fan.
