   I have been using this pharmacy since it opened over 20 years ago. I’ve never had a problem except waiting when busy. This is expected when everyone comes straight over from walk in centre. I think the staff are great. I’ve just seen a bad review and I’ve reported it because the person was reviewing the walk in centre NOT the pharmacy

   I received a text at 12.37 today saying "your prescription is ready for collection from your pharmacy." So walked down to the chemist (in the rain) at about 15.30, only to be told that it is waiting to be checked by the pharmacist. I wasn't very happy but thought...OK, I'll wait rather than have to make another journey. The assistant then said she's out at the moment and won't be back for an hour. So, I took a few deep breaths and left. Obviously I will have to go back again on another day. I'm not sure that the sender of that text actually understands the definition of 'ready for collection'.

   Wasn’t feeling great and called up got a very helpful gentleman assisting me on the phone suggested I popped up the saw the pharmacist. waiting no time at all. What a great bunch of guys they were pleasant funny knowledgeable kind and still being that way late hours on a Sunday evening thank you for being there guys we are so lucky to have this service.

   This has got to be the worst pharmacy with the most incompetent staff I have ever used. I have been with Marton Medical Practice for 44 years so it's handy but after continual non delivery, phone calls, days waiting in for nothing to arrive (sorry its still in the drawer) I have finally thrown in the towel and nominated a new pharmacy to get my monthly prescription as I can no longer cope with the farce! Dealing with it every single month is actually making me ill!!

   Many a time this chemist never have the correct medications ready. This week I have been in after 2 months of being seriously ill and no tablets ready. Ive rung and arranged home delivery - no delivery. Today I have phoned 15 times they only answered once I could hear them all laughing in the background then they hung up. I now have no medications which I need. Very poor service from all of the staff and its disheartening when you are ill.

   Pros: It's open late, 7 days a week (which is very convenient) and has a delivery service. Cons: Unfortunately it's not the cleanest. Blood on the walls by the windows on every occasion I've been. Could do with a 30 minute close for a clean.

   5 attempts at ringing with good intervals between calls to find out if missing items on a prescription have arrived. Not one answered so left it ringing to annoy them it did they picked it up and cut me off without speaking. Marvelous .

   Disappointed that after rushing from urgent care at the Vic for antibiotics for my son, after they said they would be much happier if he started immediately rather than waiting till the morning, he was told at approximately 8.50 that they were closed. Both members of staff had left the building and driven off before 9pm!
