   Awful security on a power trip, denying me entry for no reason, yet allowing very clearly overly drunk women in, and saying ‘I can see your swaying but I’ll let you in’. I spoke to who was apparently the most senior bouncer and was told ‘I’ve already said no, so you’re not coming in’ despite not actually looking at my valid id. Rude, creepy and spiteful.. definitely not coming back spending my money here and I suggest you do the same.

   Awful security staff. what happened is that a friend and I wanted to go in, but we were told that it was a student night, which we did not know. It was a Monday night, and not a Wednesday night where student nights are usually held. I am a student myself, so I provided my student card. I went in to talk to the people where you purchase the entry from, and I was told it was in fact, not a student night. I went downstairs and told the security, and was promptly met with an aggressive “do you think I’m lying?” whilst the other one said “You can’t overrule us.”. I was not drunk or in anyway intoxicated, I was only looking for peaceful, reasonable conversation, only to be met with aggression. Because of this, I felt unsafe, on edge and slightly threatened. After some time of thinking, we decided to approach another security guard, and proceeded to tell them about my autism diagnosis and that I sometimes struggle to articulate myself. After telling them about my diagnosis, I was then labelled a “liability and a security risk”, which I found to be discriminatory. Do not go here.

   Letter sent to the management explains it all : sub human staff Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to express my utter disgust at the way my son, [redacted], was treated by your door staff on the evening of Friday 6th January into the early hours of Saturday the 7th. I have emphasised the 7th as that date would have been my late wife’s, and his mother’s 50th birthday. Sometime after midnight [redacted] felt overwhelmed with emotion and left the premises to compose himself. When he tried to re-enter he was informed he could not and was told this was due to a drug policy. Whilst this is entirely understandable position to take, your staff’s response should have been a professional reassertion of the policy of no re-admittance. Instead, the staff decided to taunt him and laugh at his suffering. They clearly didn’t believe him (copy of her death certificate enclosed for the benefit of doubt), but even so, their actions not only fell short of normal professional standards, they fell short of basic human decency. What sort of person takes pleasure in mocking someone over the recent loss of their mother to cancer, on what would have been her 50th birthday? I very much doubt any action will be taken, but I’d strongly suggest some form of corrective coaching of your staff, as quite frankly, their behaviour was nothing short of abhorrent. Yours disgusted, I doubt I'll get a response from them.
