“It was my son’s 4th birthday party, we had arranged for a bouncy castle to arrive from another company.The original bouncy castle was too big for the hall we were using, the company left with 10 minutes left before the party started with no backup plan. Luckily the owner of the community centre had used big bounce before and made an urgent call. They arrived within an hour with a bouncy castle, and saved the day. Many thanks, will definitely use agin.”

“Booked a VIP booth for a hen party in the Manhattan room - staff on the door were lovely, our drinks were great with plenty of ice/glasses. Party sparklers in the champagne bucket on arrival, a nice touch. Staff regularly checked everything was OK for us and were really helpful. Great night of dancing till 3am on a race day we definitely made the most of it!”
