   Massive thanks to Scott and to Ruby who helped us purchase our first property! Ruby was extremely down to earth in which made us want to continue with leaders in the first place. Scott then continued our property search and helped us in every way he could. Always updating us even when there wasn’t much to be updated on just so we wasn’t left in the lurch. Nothing was ever to much trouble and he would always contact me straight away when I emailed him. Thank you for all you have done for us!!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After searching for 2 months to find the perfect property, we found Leaders and got into contact with Alicia! We met Alicia at our viewing, she is very friendly , professional and approachable. There was no awkwardness and Alicia has a wealth of knowledge which was reassuring. We have also had the pleasure of speaking to Sophie and Eloise on a few occasions who answered any of our questions, and was extremely helpful. Alicia, Sophie and Eloise are a real asset to Leaders.    from a prospective tennant view. leaders have this new automatic reply for tennants requesting endless details including a download of your credit profile... then magically you suddenly get endless spam emails after completing it. they want all of my personal details even for a simple question asking if they would accept a pet... I'm sure this wouldn't be GDPR compliant even if your registered if you find the property on right move you still have to refill the automatic reply to message them. it's just lazy. even when you fill all of this you wint get a call back! leaders never accept pets and push this no deposit option on to tennants knowing its a complete scam which offers no legal protection at the end of the tennancy leaving the tennant completely liable with no inderpendant assistance such as a deposit protection scheme. It's nothing but a scam. I imagine the staff get commission as you won't get a property without it. as a tennant I won't be messaging leaders anymore it's over frustrating and they never accept any pets using the "leasehold" as their default excuse even on a council block built in the 1960s where everyone has pets.
