   I would highly recommend Matthew Pierce and Richard Tuffin of Matthew Pierce Estate Agents to you. They first took on my Father's property in Claygate in March and by the beginning of May we had a firm offer on the house. Unfortunately, it took much longer than originally thought to sort out Probate, but Richard and Matthew kept our buyers onboard. Their excellent communication, helpful manner and gentle encouragement kept us all going. We got there in the end! Thank you so much. Michelle Haywood

   After my mother died we needed to sell the family home in Claygate. As Matthew Pierce was a local Estate Agent, we assumed that he would have a very good knowledge of properties in the area, and backed up with recommendations as well, we engaged Matthew Pierce to sell the property. Throughout the whole process, everything went very smoothly with Matthew keeping us informed at all times. We needed to employ other expertise and Matthew recommended a local solicitor and house clearance company who both performed an excellent job. The whole sale process was managed professionally by Matthew, target dates were met and we were delighted with the final result. We would thoroughly recommend this Estate Agent.

   We have just started renting a property through Matthew Pierce. Matthew initially showed us around the property, he was very friendly and honest and answered any questions we had. Viewings with other agencies have always felt rushed, but Matthew let us look around for as long as we wanted to. The offer and contract process was very quick and straight forward. When recommending a tenant, Matthew takes into account what you are like as a person (having personally met you) and whether you would work well together, not just who you are 'on paper'. Overall it has felt like a much more personal service than we've experienced previously and we're confident that will continue throughout our tenancy. Thank you!

Having initially gone with another high street estate agent we quickly realised we'd made the wrong decision and moved the listing to Matthew Pierce - we didn't regret it. Both Peter and Matthew were super helpful, informative and kept us up to date every step of the way. Don't be pulled in by the fancy marketing and PR of the other high street estate agents, if you want an honest, helpful estate agent who knows what they're talking about, go with Matthew Pierce.
