   Contacted Excel for renting a flat, had a viewing with Caterina on the same day and made an offer shortly after. She was very responsive and helpful and answered all my doubts and queries. I made additional requests about a desk, and she convinced the landlord to accommodate this. The whole process was relatively smooth and hassle-free. After the handover, I was in touch with the landlord, who helped set up the bills and ensured the flat was in good condition before I moved in. Their office is in NW3, so it's possible to view the same day and progress quickly. I highly recommend working with Caterina and Excel when looking for an apartment in the area.
