   During our hunt to find a place to buy we found a great place in Epsom and gave Barnard Marcus a call. Viewings were arranged immediately with subsequently two more viewings accommodated that fitted around our schedule. Professional and friendly from start to finish, everybody was always welcoming and they even gave us a little gift on completion which was a lovely touch. Our first viewing was organised with Nasim Talsi who was knowledgeable and able to answer any queries we had whilst viewing and didn’t rush as at all. During our property search we of course approached other estate agents and on a few occasions felt the service was lacking with many “I’ll get back to you” answers. Not the case at all with Nasim and we felt he was really eager and engaging. He’s a credit to your branch.

   The Barnard Marcus team have been helping us to sell our property and to buy a new home. The team have been exceptional throughout. Dan, Izzie, Charlotte and Naz have all helped with the selling process. At our initial meeting with Dan and Izzie, they were very understanding of our personal circumstances and requirements. We particularly appreciated how efficient they were throughout the process. The turnaround for each step in the process could not have been quicker and there were no delays. We had full confidence in them all to deliver a successful sale, which gave us a lot of peace in what is usually a stressful process. In addition, the team kept us updated regularly and were always proactive in ensuring that we had a number of viewers. Thanks to their help we were able to sell our house in c.3months, which was essential due to personal circumstances. I would also like to specifically mention Carolyne who has been providing mortgage advice to me from the branch. The help and support she has provided has been both invaluable and crucial in buying our next home. She is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable in this field. Her friendliness and understanding towards personal circumstances and requirements has been especially appreciated. I have always felt in safe hands and not once been concerned about such crucial decisions. In the end we decided to stay put but I can say that the team at Barnard Marcus, Epsom, acted swiftly and got many viewings arranged quickly. Our house looked great in their marketing materials. Ben kept in touch and his analyses of offers and the chain situation seemed reasonable throughout. Our reasons for stopping had nothing to do with Barnard Marcus.

   Courtney is a real gem. Helped us finding a house we wanted to rent. Renting is a tough industry - letting advisors are not always viewed positively as they need to make the deals happen with demanding landlords and endless requests from tenants. Courtney is straight forward, has very good conscience, extremely communicative. If it was not for Courtney, we may not have had the deal done!
