   I lived in Putney 3.5 years with Glenthorne managing the property I was in and it’s the best experience I’ve had with a letting agent in 10+ years of renting in the Uk. Our landlord was also great and responded quickly to any issues, which the team at Glenthorne then acted to resolve immediately. When we moved out they went out of their way to help us out when we had some issues with furniture removal and key drops etc. which made a huge difference at a v stressful time. Such a rarity in the letting agent world!

   Best experience I have ever had with an agency in London, few weeks ago I contacted Glenthorne properties for a viewing of a flat, Lesley was very prompt, polite and helpful, she even took me for the viewing on a Saturday, the house was exactly as I saw on the picture that I gave her my offer right away and she was very easy to communicate with, the process went so smooth and fast, and got me an answer in a very short time. The flat was so clean when I move in, Lesley did exactly what she promised us on the signings of the contract, I can’t be more happy with such a professionalism! I would highly recommend her!
