   When you think of London, you usually think old. History, bricks, terraces, streets that haven’t moved for a hundred years. Flying my drone over this part of North West London made me stop for a second. From above, you see the old London first: rows of traditional houses, carefully laid streets, football fields still green. Neighborhoods built to last, not to impress. And then the skyline changes. Tall modern towers rise above everything else. Sharp, confident, and still under construction. The contrast is striking. You can see two Londons in one frame: the past on the ground and the future rising above it. This area shows how London is evolving in real time. Not tourist London, but real London, still growing and still reinventing itself.

   I have lived here for two years and it is been great experience. The team and neighbours I have met are all very friendly and the building has excellent facilities. There are plenty of grocery options nearby, which makes daily shopping super convenient. Also close to underground, 30-40 mins getting to central London. Highly recommended!

What sets them apart is their friendly and welcoming nature—every interaction really feels personal and sincere. Their communication is excellent. They keep us well-informed about all aspects of the building / community. They listen, respond promptly, and always follow through. Serina, the building manager, leads with empathy and professionalism, and it shows in everything she does.

   We had a great experience living at UNCLE. The apartment itself was fresh, modern, and really comfortable, and the whole building felt stylish and well-designed. The complex has so many amazing amenities — from the BBQ area, garden, parcel room, and cozy lounge with board games, to a free private venue you can book for gatherings. It really felt like everything was thoughtfully planned to make life easier and more enjoyable. On top of that, the team was always super friendly, responsive, and helpful — you can really feel the care both in the big things and in the little details. Would definitely recommend!

   The leasing team was really a pleasure to work with. They made the viewing and referencing process smooth and were helpful and approachable. Everyone was friendly, professional and easy to get hold of should I have questions - if they were busy they always made a point of getting back to me. They also tried their best to meet my preferences in a home. Would recommend anyone to give Uncle Colindale a try.

   I'm just coming to the end of my first week in my new UNCLE apartment. My partner and I have not been able to find fault with any part of the move-in process whatsoever. The facilities are great and the location is perfect, with the tube being literally just over the road. But the best part of staying with UNCLE has to be the staff. Everyone involved, from those who gave us our initial viewings, to the folks we see on the front desk every day; every member of staff goes out of their way to assist in any way they can. Ian, in charge of maintenance, had an issue with one of our lighting fixtures within seconds, just a couple of hours after we flagged the issue in the first place. If you want somewhere safe, secure and modern to live in London, this absolutely is it. We're in love.

I am enjoying to live here and experience with Uncle. Also advantage for me is that it’s dog friendly apartment. Overall, I definitely can recommend Uncle Colindale. 5/5
