   I will never EVER order from here again. Placed an order at 630, the delivery driver came late at 8. Brought the complete wrong order. Tried calling but the number is wrong every where. Had to drive to the takeaway shop where the people acted like they couldn’t speak English. Even acted like they didn’t know how to make the food on the menu even after pointing too it. The man said he’d ‘attempt to make it’ again. Waited another 20 minutes for it to be completely wrong again. No customer service at all and the workers are extremely rude. It is now 930 and I have left with no food and having to drive elsewhere. Acted like they couldn’t speak English but was quick to say to say they won’t refund and will have to go through Uber eats. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

   The pizza we ordered was delivered on time ish yet was cold and the garlic mayo ordered was gone off, the smell unbearable. Tried calling however the number was invalid. Searched and searched for another number but no luck, messgaed on fb no reply. Ended up having to drive to the the takeaway itself where they claimed the sauce not to be off yet it just to be yoghurt, worrying if they think thats how yoghurt should smell. There was however many of the pots of sauce in the glass cabinet on show that had clearly curdled like the one we received, once pointed out this received un-required backlash. The man in the shop couldnt speak english and we had to talk through the delivery driver, which made the issue even more difficult and frustrating. We eventually eneded up with a cash refund, although originally refused one until we put it through on just eat, yet this is not an option on the app. Im mostly disgusted at the fact they blamed the awful food on their current religious holiday instead of just accepting fault.

   Shocking! Very poor quality, very poor taste. Meat looked like leftover burnt bits of meat. Delivery the food arrived very late and cold! Tasted terrible and thrown together, meat looked awful and tasted like offcuts from the bottom of an oven. Smothered in sauce, naan and pita bread soggy. Very poor quality. Will not be going again. Disappointing!

   Just had a terrible meal from here. Warning as the quality of food is bad. The Shwarma was hard on the outside as it had been re-heated and had been left out All day! The naan was like paper. Could not tear it, only rip it. 80% not edible. The chicken pieces was Ok. Pizza was bland, hardly any tomatoe base sauce. Order was 1hr 50mins. Donner meat was like paper. I have never seen donner meat so thin and dry in my life. The Mongo chutney is extremely watered down. Called them at 1hr 20mins to be told they were just making it! Said sorry and they would sort us out. They did more then that! Ruined our weekend family evening meal. Would not offer a refund as they wanted us to return the unwanted food to them and then more than likely try and offer us more of there food. No thanks. We threw it in the bin. Just eat offered us a 5 pound voucher for our inconvenience.
