When I first met them they were all nice people until I found things that were wrong with the room. Being a person we has OCD the room being contaminated with spiders I spoke to my landlord Gregory Valentine For him to then insult me and say I brought bedbugs to the room! He then finally agreed that if I left at the end of the month that I’d get my full deposit back. Which wasn’t the case at all, he then pushed it back onto the agent Dean Ingram. Who made excuses on his behalf telling me he can’t give me to full deposit back, this was back in November. It is now March and I receive and email from Dean Requesting that I call him to sort this out and that he has my best intentions. He then said Greg would like to offer me an olive branch and meet half way and split the deposit 50/50 this is so that the landlord is still happy. Dean doesn’t care about how customers are made to feel and he will believe any of his landlords over what you have to say. DO NOT use Rent.
