The apartment was very clean and recently renovated, absolutely nothing was missing and the letting agent was super reactive. Thank you so much for this great time that i had in London, I didn't had to worry about anything regarding the apartment.

For example, they replaced my fridge within a day or my washing machine within a few days with both brand new equipment. It was always very easy to contact them and they always act positively on any of my requests in a very nice manner. This is a great team that will support you throughout your tenancy. I was referred to this agency by another (happy) customer who's also a friend nearly 1 year ago. So far I'm quite happy with the service and Robert has been professional all the way through (I'm still in the property). I know I hammered him with lots of questions and he never changed his attitude keeping it professional all the time. He was clear that warranties need to be provided to the landlord and I think that those requests are fair and valid. As long as you can provide that you can afford your rent I don't see where the problem is (and this is valid for ANY agency out there). I really don't understand some of the reviews i read and to be honest I really doubt some of them are genuine.

Robert in particular went above and beyond the call of duty in helping to ensure the entire letting process went as smoothly as possible, and was very flexible in helping me to secure a flat despite my work commitments and difficult schedule. Good service and great prices. Agency fees are really low and affordable, deposit request only 1 month in advance (rather than the usual 6 weeks) and reasonable rent prices for a central London property. Also, maintenance issues are solved promptly. And many thanks to Robert, the agent whose managing our tenancy, for trying his best in solving any maintenance issues that arise, as in any household.
