The management of this building was really unprofessional. The manager who seemed Iraqi from his accent treated us with zero respect. He kicked us out of the lobby right after we checked out, even though we had little kids with us. We were standing in the rain waiting for our Uber, and we had only stayed there for one night. It honestly felt like he was punishing us just because we weren’t happy with the dirty apartment that wasn’t suitable for a family stay.

We stayed in 140 Forset Court in an apartment booked through booking.com. It's not possible for more than one person to review it on booking as its only the booker. The pictures posted are very far from reality. Very grubby once you get passed the reception. Dirty carpets and walls in the halls. We stayed in No.21 and it was also very grubby. The bathroom doors wouldn't close properly, the toilets wouldn't flush properly but they had left a plunger so that makes sense now! The windows are old and in poor quality. The curtains were the same and let in a lot of night. The street below is noisy all night but that's what you get staying in a city. We didn't sleep well at all, itching in the uncomfortable beds all night. The kitchen was nice and the location is good. We wouldn't never stay here again. Be wary of the photos you see of accommodation online as No.21 isn't what it's made out to be.

Forset Court is a gem in the heart of London, blending charm and convenience seamlessly. Surrounded by beauty and just moments from Hyde Park, it’s perfect for city living. The 24-hour concierge service is outstanding – always friendly and ready to assist, thanks guys for you help.

Staying in an Airbnb in this building and I have to say we are very impressed. Choose it for the location as we were going to a concert in Hyde park (it’s a five minute walk from Marble Arch). It has secure entry and a guy on the desk in the very impressive lobby area) lifts to all the floors. We are in a studio flat over looking the vibrant Edgware Road - so it can be very noisy at times. The building itself is quiet - don’t know if that’s down to good sound proofing or because it is not very occupied. But we are enjoying our stay and will book again if needing accommodation in this area.

Location: EXCELLENT... right in the heart of London, surrounded by supermarkets, Cafés , pharmacies, restaurants, and a bus stop. 24 security and great entrance are the first things that welcome you I read bad reviews about the building, but they date two or more years back! I can see that it has been recently fully renovated. I stayed with my kids in an apartment on the 7th floor, and it was in excellent shape. Washer, stove, and bathroom were in good shape. I was left with more than enough towels, kitchen utensils, and even detergent! The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the bathroom. But I think this came from the pipes through the wasing basin. Update: easy fix; just pour boiled water into the sink, and the problem is gone

Potentially one of the best-managed block buildings I've ever lived in, with the most stunning foyer and friendly staff! The location could not be better, and more well-connected. The area is also fantastic, with such an extensive range of restaurants, bars, cafe's, and of course two of the best Royal Parks at your doorstep.

I was very disgusted with the standard of accommodation in this place. Dirt in the room, lack of basic hygiene items, e.g. toilet paper, garbage bags in the corridor caused a huge smell. In addition, for a group of 13 people, we received one seven-person room. Due to the late hour, accommodation for the rest of the guests was not arranged. The only plus is the location of the facility. I do not recommend :(

The building its not bad and the location its great, but its depends which apartment you will stay in, and which real state you get the apartment, from Egyptian dont try , they will let you stay in bad apartment, and use the high floor, finally my rating is 3/10, the smell like you sleep in the kitchen.
