   Location location have been the MVPs of our moving experience. After a terrible experience with YOPA, they took on our flat sale and managed it seamlessly. It was sold just under asking price after a small number of off market viewings. Peter and his team marketed it perfectly, and Ella negotiated us a higher offer and made it seem effortless. They handed everything onto Lauretta in Sales Progression, who kept us updated, managed communication between solicitors, and made sure that everything was completed as quickly as possible. They’re very pleasant to speak to, not pushy, not difficult at any point. It was like no other estate agent I’ve ever worked with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish they were professional, extremely responsive and ensured that I had all the information I needed to get my property on the market. After every viewing, I received an update within 24 hours with feedback and next step option. This is not something every estate agent does! My property sold within 7 weeks.    Great estate agent, very helpful and friendly with quick communication. We recently purchased through them, we were shown round the property by Drew, who was super friendly and really knowledgable (which in London, is rarer than it should be). The process was then dealt with by Ella and Lauretta, both very communicative and really pushed to keep the process moving quickly, nudging solicitors and answering questions very efficiently. Good service all round - makes a big difference to the process. Thanks!

   Location Location are the best estate agents I’ve dealt with. They were incredibly helpful throughout the purchase of my property, and even after I moved in, they continued to check that everything was okay and offered support whenever needed. Ella was amazing, she helped me get any issues checked and even helped me with measuring the flat. Lauretta and Peter were also excellent. I felt they had my best interests and were very responsive. If I decide to sell my property in the future, I would definitely go through them.

   It is a rare thing to post, but Location Location genuinely are a step change in how estate agencies can and should operate. From the very start of my search, in a very difficult period in the market, the team were efficient, helpful and seemed to genuinely want the best possible outcome for me. The process is much improved over any other estate agents I worked with. The quality of their properties is also significantly higher and you can see why. I have ended up in a lovely place, one that hits all the points I asked for. Special mention to both Maya and Kristina, who were so helpful to me in the first place. And lastly, massive appreciation for the bereavement card they sent me when I had two family losses in a short space of time. I can not recommend Location Location highly enough.
