   We would like to give a big thank you to Vesa, Rosie, Emily and the team @ Kooky Whetstone. We had a wonderful time in the flat we rented. The flat was bright, spacious, furnished to an incredibly hight standard. The big plus is its well soundproofed. The surrounding area is great for young kids. Kooky are corporate landlords, and the team are incredibly easy to work with. We know a individual private landlord can turn into a bit of a lottery in terms of service, however, Kooky are a sure bet.

   So happy to call Kooky home! Leading up to the building, the area is clean, quiet and so well kept. The inside of the building has such an arty feel and the apartments are each a little patch of heaven. Attention to detail with regards to the storage space, the layout and the feature furniture made our move in effortless. From the get go Emily, Vesa and the team were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Understanding the questions and needs of a tenant, they were so intentional with the whole process. Could not have asked for better!

   We went around Woodside park and Whetstone area for a week before settling in on renting at this place. No regrets at all about the decision. From referencing, getting the payments completed, collecting the keys early due to our situation till moving in were all handled smoothly by Vesa and team at Kooky. Property amenities are plenty (parks nearby that my child love, allocated parking, nearby shops, managed maintenance and rubbish removal) and the house itself is spacious by London standards (lots of storage space).

   Kooky Whetstone is really a good place to reside. As a couple newly arrived in London, we have been searching for a good, relaxing, quiet, and especially, safe place to settle. After an intense search for weeks, we made the final decision after two-time visit to Kooky. It is great for both Inside and outside the apartment. In addition to the place, the whole team is deserved to acknowledge and praise from sales to resident-care. Specifically, the praise should go to the manager, Vese, in light of her kindness and helpfulness. she even responded and resolved my concerns outside the office hours. Well impressed!! All in all, it is delightful and enjoyable!!
