   The location, price, and apartment size were all suitable and met our expectations. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to several important issues. The cleanliness level was poor, and the apartment was located in the basement, which made the stay uncomfortable because of the constant and loud noise from the underground. When we requested an upgrade to an apartment on a higher floor, we were asked to pay a very high upgrade fee per night. In addition, the kitchen trash bin was broken, and the bed linens were not clean. Unfortunately, my sister experienced itching after using the bedding, which raises serious concerns about hygiene. To make matters worse, I asked the morning reception staff for the manager’s phone number or email in order to address these concerns properly, but the staff member refused to provide any contact details. While the location, price, and size were good, the issues with cleanliness, noise, maintenance, and communication significantly affected our stay.

   First and to be honest, the apartment was just fine to me and my family. All the asset side was as expected. The reason behind my rating which I don’t recommend families to book in it is that: I have reserved two apartments for 11 people including kids under 4 years old. The lady who is managing the place received complaint that the floor under ours got noise from my floor ! I personally was shocked from the whole thing since they didn’t ask me if there was a noise at the time they claimed (11:00 pm) where my kids slept way before that time ! So if you are planning to go to any apartment, make sure not to go for this . They informed us that if this family left the apartment, they will charge us for every day (which no proof of their claim) so be careful!
