   Due to being unable to reply to the response to my previous review I would like to clarify on my second account, that the accusations made in response to my review are simply damage control along with being defamation of character and a breach of data protection. This isn’t the only data protection issue I have recently uncovered since leaving the tenancy. For context ,in which I agree with parks is very important, I agreed upon signing my tenancy that my rent payments would require to be paid on the specific dates in which my student loan dropped, by which 4 months would be paid at a time which parks happily agreed to, I never missed these dates however I understand akis’ confusion due to the lack of organisation throughout this agency. I encourage anyone reading this to look elsewhere meanwhile I have taken the claim on my deposit further and look forward to concluding any contact with those responsible. Please take time to scroll down and read upon numerous other reviews with similar responses of damage control.

   Had a very rough 3 years renting with Parks Properties luckily my standards were low cos I was just a student and the property was right next to my uni. However the disrespectful staff (Demy) and blatant disregard for their clients once the contract is signed was very clear, Rude and Manipulative. Save yourself the living hell and Do Not Rent with Them. Wish I’d have seen how many negative reviews they have before I agreed to rent with them, also ironically can’t even take responsibility when replying to a review never mind when your still renting from them

   When I called to view the property I was given a date and time and when there was a change I was informed on time. I viewed the property guided by a very good agent who showed me around and explained everything. When I eventually moved in, I had issues with internet and the agent helped me well. As tenants sometimes we give too much pressure on agents if something is not right. I just love the way Parks Properties handled my queries. They never gave up on responding to my emails and they did it in a friendly manner. They are very quick in responding to grievances wooow they are good. Parks Properties has good customer service. They continued following up until everything was in order. I do not hesitate to ask them on anything.

   I rented with Parks in North London for just over a year. They had a great level of communication with me and handled my deposit securely and fairly with the DPS. The office were always really helpful, staff super friendly and fast on emails, and they also negotiated any rent increases with the landlord on my behalf too. They can be a little slow to conduct non-emergency maintenance issues, but their handyman is really great and makes sure to get the job done. Overall I really recommend renting with them!

   Does not see any issues working with landlords that make completely false claims to try and steal tenants’ deposits. A third party dispute agency was needed to protect us from this company.

   RUN AWAY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! What an absolute disgrace to letting agencies — they tried to keep my entire security deposit on fake charges and were thankfully found out and castigated by a third party dispute service. LEAVE NOW! DON’T LOOK BACK! Would leave negative stars if I could.

   I started renting with Parks and Properties in october 2021. Akis has been so helpful and managed to help me find a room after trying through other means for 3 months. He has been very informative and helpful, replying to enquiries quickly. When I needed something fixed they send someone over quickly to fix it. The deposit has also been securely kept and transparent. I had to do a changeover and the process went smoothly. Thank you for a good service Akis and the rest of the team!
