   These guys are great, I purchased a Psp from them just over a month ago. And they genuinely put me at ease when I wasn’t too happy with the product. We agree psps is a grey area, repairing/replacing can devalue an item. It’s good not having to be shot down for once, I have deal with companies such at CeX who have taken my money without any sort of help when I ended up with a bent switch. Again these guys are solid, they do have your intentions at heart, atleast they did for me today. Thanks lads, ultimately I can see myself being a permanent customer here due to the way I wasn’t left to stress. If I could give more stars I would guys.

   I have been a customer in the dudley store for a few years , the staff are very helpful and cheerful. Last year I had a terrible time with my mental health and the staff had noticed I wasn't myself and þook the time to ask if I was ok and chatted to me so I didn't leave the store and hurt myself . If I could give the staff and the store 10 stars I would . If I have had a issue with a late payment I have gone into store and the staff have helped me round it and helped come up with a solution. Use this store people honestly there great people . A very happy customer .

   Very poor customer service. An online order arrived damaged. They did offer a partial refund but I asked to return the item as the damage caused the item to be unusable without repair. They told they would give me a "full refund" and to keep the item. They didn't, they refused to refund the postage which was almost half the value of the item.

   I visited the store recently and was met with unbelievable attitude and disgraceful customer service, this isn't the first time this has happened. The lady with the red hair always seems to be quite abrupt with her customers and she lacks in basic manners with the way she carries herself. I feel this issue should really be addressed as soon as possible especially as she's in a managerial role.
