   Awful, just awful. They don't care about property at all - just rip off the money from tenants. 1. Over 3 year didn't care to fix leaking shower cabin and water was flowing into carpet. At the end tenancy charged for cleaning carpets even though it was their fault. 2. When MHVR broke, they didn't repair for 6 month and we had to live in stiff and humid apartment. We had to beg for repair 3. Flat was flooded from communal area. In flat started growing mold (photos attached). They didn't bother to do anything. We had to live with mold and clean it. At the end of tenancy we cleaned it, but ABBY decided to charge for dirty walls !!! 4. Leaking toilet had to call and beg every second day to repair for a whole month 5. As per safety rules flat had to have · Fire extinguisher · Fire blankets but they never provided them 6. At the end of tenancy they forgot to come for inspection and key handover. Had to wait over hour for dome sent some laborer to take few pictures. Later they started picking up on various "cleaning issues" and announced that flat was left "dirty". Which was absolute lie. At the end they charge 450GBP for cleaning, walls, carpet. But never provided invoice as proof (no matter how much it was requested) Anyone who will be renting: Apartment 1502, Hoola, 1 Tidal basin Road E16 US - be aware that flat is a death trap. ABBY never done anything about mold in the flat. We just cleaned it and the day after we left they let other tenants in. Mold is still there !!! It is not possible to remove mold from gypsum plasterboard. Plasterboard has to be replaced. But they don't care about people or landlord property.

   Abby Homes has managed my flat in Cascades, Canary Wharf for several years and I have been very satisfied. I am sent accounts regularly and my flat is inspected every year. I had one unsatisfactory tenant some years ago and this person was rapidly evicted without any hassle on my part. Also I have had minimal voids between tenancies because Abby act efficiently to find new tenants.
