   Last year I had the worst experience with TPS !!! The 1 star rating is only because you can't do any less stars! All the good reviews here appear to be with people that either have their property let by them or haven't vacated the property yet....Trust me when I say they will ripp you off when it comes to leaving the rental. I left Masefield Court EN5 due to damp and mould issues but was rudely told it was my fault, although it stated issues previously that I believed were fixed!! I had to fight with them about this upon handing my notice in / they tried to retain my deposit therefore I had to wait until TDS and the ombudsman sorted this mess out- to which obviously I won as they blatantly lied about issues. This whole episode was uncalled for & stressful and they clearly tried to gain money from me...they will do this again & again so AVOID AVOID AVOID is my advice.

   TPS have managed a property for us since 1994 and I am constantly impressed by their excellent service. During that time we have had a few different tenants and a decent amount of renovation and repairs. They have always matched the house with good tenants and they always get a great price on work that needs doing use the best contractors. We live in France and we have total peace of mind knowing the house is in their capable hands. They go out of their way to make sure everything is covered. What stands out for us is that they genuinely care! All of the team are wonderful! Having dealt with property agents elsewhere they really are in a class of their own. If you are looking for a letting agent that offers professional friendly and attentive service, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
