   I could not have hoped for a better experience than the one I had with Addison Townsend Southgate. Gareth and his team were very professional, responsive and helpful. The flat purchase ended up being a bit more complicated than we had anticipated for reasons that no one could have foreseen but Gareth's support was very hands-on, smoothing out and sorting out issues as they arose, and managing the process to completion in a low key and competent manner. We had a fairly straightforward property to sell but launched with another local competitor and the sale didn't progress well. Gareth and team turned things around very swiftly once we dis-instructed the other agent. Excellent lines of communication, ensuring speedy feedback, updates generally and salesmanship. They are very personable and friendly, and work very hard to put deals together - we would gladly recommend and use them again!
