   Lived in my flat for almost 5 years now. They were good in the beginning - got me into the flat within a week of my viewing. But, they are terrible at at actual estate maintenance - my bathroom (as seen in the images) has been a problem now for 3 of the years I've lived in my flat, I call about it, someone comes over and looks, they tell me they'll speak to the landlord and then silence. When I call to get updates, I get a whole load attitude. One time, one of the "repairman" - Alex, came round to fix my leaking washing machine and broke my tap. I had to wait 4 days for him to find time to fix it. He plumbed the new tap in wrong, and now when I turn my tap to hot, you get cold and vice-versa. If you get Alex, I pray for you - he's honestly created more problems in my flat than he's fixed. Try and get Costello - he's brilliant. Had to give the two stars because I agreed with Chris that we'd only talk about rent increases once they'd fix the four things that I'd raised in the first year I moved in. None of those things have been fixed, and as a result, my rent has stayed the same since I got here. If you absolutely need a place to live and don't mind living in a dive, then these are your guys. If you want a place that will feel like a home and doesn't give anxiety every time it rains, go with a more established agents

I was working to a tight deadline to complete my purchase before the stamp duty increase, and Chris went above and beyond every step of the way to support me. Not only did he help me find the perfect property, but he also ensured the sellers' solicitors were fully committed to getting everything completed on time. He kept me updated throughout and provided constant reassurance, which made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful. I was honestly amazed by how much work he took on to make sure the purchase went through. My father has also worked with Chris and the Masons team and always speaks very highly of them, which gave me even more confidence throughout. I would absolutely recommend Chris and Masons Estate Agents to anyone looking to purchase a property smoothly. I'm genuinely so thankful for Chris and the whole team!

   I have been with Masons for many years. Or should I say they have stuck by me through the selling of two properties. Chris @ Masons has been my agent and my rock through both sales. Especially the last sale which took over 6 months to get the paperwork sorted. Chris never left my side, encouraged me on many days when I thought the sale would fall through. Chris is one of those god given people where, he knows he has a job - but he also knows that his services change people's lives. The selling of my flat will change my life and I can start to breathe again. This was thanks to Chris and his continuous battle to make it work.
