   My house (which needed renovations) was sold within a few weeks and in a increasingly difficult market. The sale (to exchange of contract) went through relatively smoothly, especially with me being abroad. Valuation provided was the closest to the sale price achieved compared to other valuations given by a few other local estate agents.    In reality, this branch knows nothing about humanity and only cares about money. I live above this branch and had just been discharged from the hospital due to gastrointestinal problems, gastritis, and severe acidic stomach inflammation. I had lost my key at the hospital and was waiting outside my door, in a very bad condition with severe stomach pain and gastrointestinal issues, spending 24 hours outside while the landlord and the landlord’s agent were on holiday. In short, I had to call a locksmith to open the door. He parked his car in the parking lot, and these people took a photo of his car. He was fined £100, and later I was forced to pay £100 as well. Humanity is dead. I pray to God that karma falls upon this person, and I will never forgive them for this injustice. In fact, when I asked this branch to have the car moved, I entered the branch. They verbally abused me, almost attacked me, and their body language and behavior were threatening and hostile. In the incident, they exploited my illness.

Thank you for providing a worry-free buying experience with their professionalism, although the buying situation was sort of complicated (with a chain linking three families). We were in such relief when the exchange was done today. I should say the whole procedure was managed by Martyn Gerrard with complete care and empathy- we were satisfied with the process and, sure, the outcome.
