   I’m a first time buyer and have been viewing lots of properties with 6 different estate agents; I had by far the best experience with Aspire Furzedown. I mainly dealt with Zoey who was super friendly and personable. I always came away from the viewings feeling upbeat and that it was no trouble to get back in touch to ask her anything, or to talk through how I was feeling. She gave amazing advice and guidance, without pressuring me in any way. She even went out of her way to call me when a new property came onto the market that she knew I’d love.    At the outset, when I was choosing an agent, Aspire were realistic about price, positive about how to pitch the sale and basically nice people to deal with. The alternative agents I spoke too were either too optimistic on price or downbeat to try and get a quick sale at my expense. There were some ups and downs along the way but Aspire were straightforward about what to do next and stuck to the task. I got the price we set out to achieve so thanks to Adam, Isla and Zoey for their enthusiasm and expertise - a good result all round.

The market has been difficult recently and more effort was needed to find buyers and push the sale through to completion. They are communicative, professional and friendly and at no point in the entire process were they anything other than measured and thoughtful in explaining our choices along the way. They also make you feel as if you're their only client despite it being obvious from online searches that they are handling a large number of transactions at any one time. Highly recommended.
