   They have rented us property in croydon without a washing machine and its over 20 days i have been calling and emailing them even escalated to the senoir members of the Croydon central branch but no one bothered to call or write back to us to update that if they are doing anything at all, feels like dealing with dead people. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

   Looks like it depends who you deal with when it comes to this branch. From my experience, the only time they tried to contact me was when they they had to get rid of a very poorly maintained property which I have no idea of how they agreed to rent it in the first place. Even though they had other similar properties coming to the market, they never informed me about them and only showed me those crazy properties. On the other hand, my friend who was dealing with other guys in the same branch had a good experience. So it's a hit or miss. May be they just didn't like me
