   If you’re thinking about renting here, don’t. The building is marketed as “modern” and “luxury,” but the reality is pure exploitation. For eye-watering rent, here’s what you’ll actually get: Mice. • Appliances so old (13+ years) they belong in a museum, not a modern flat. • baths/shower that doesn’t drain properly, ever. The landlord is too stingy to fix the drainage system, despite pocketing around a half a million pounds every month in rents from all the flats. Soundproofing that is basically non-existent. You’ll hear everything your neighbours do, day and night, with no escape from the constant noise. • Heating and hot water that cut out like clockwork, leaving you freezing at least twice a month for 24+ hours. And the real kicker? Your parcels are automatically dumped at the concierge desk, completely unsecured and left out for anyone to steal — and management forces you to sign away all your rights by waiving their liability. Good luck trying to have important items like phones, laptops, or passports delivered. And if you value your privacy, forget it. Management hands out keys to contractors like party favors. Expect random people letting themselves into your flat without your knowledge or consent, because here, your front door is treated like a revolving door for strangers. This place is a polished scam. They rake in thousands from each flat but won’t spend a penny on basic repairs or security. Avoid unless you enjoy overpaying for stress, inconvenience, and being treated like a walking rent payment rather than a human being. The only thing ‘luxury’ here is the landlord’s bank account.

   I moved into One Eighty 6 months ago and have had a really good experience. Cansev who is the main contact point is extremely helpful, responds to queries quickly and is very professional. The concierge are always ready to help, very friendly and welcoming. The building is well maintained, amazing location and brilliant staff, couldn’t ask for more.

   My partner and I recently moved in One Eighty and couldn’t be more thankful for how accommodating and responsive the building manager, Cansev and her team are! We had a few furniture missing (I imagine this was down to previous tenants having brought in their own furniture) and Cansev had ordered us new ones within a day of requesting them. Great location too as its walking distance to Stratford Station. The flat is spacious for London too - lots of storage space and having a balcony is an added bonus!

   We have moved in last December in a 2 bedroom flat, we are very happy with the place, a very good lay out, well spaced open plan living room with kitchen having ample storage spaces. Nice balcony is definitely a plus as well. It’s just a very pleasant place to come home to after long hours at work. It is also a short walk to public transportations and very close to Olympic Park too. And lastly a great customer service from Cansev and the rest of the Concierge Team, theyre always been helpful to all of our concerns and issues, and very pleasant all the time.

   Best building management for any apartment we have lived in. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, and are carried out by the Maintenance Team to a high standard. All staff are professional in their conduct, but also maintain a welcoming and approachable demeanour, which makes us feel at ease as tenants. We highly recommend One Eighty Stratford to families and professionals who wish to live in London, whilst maintaining good transport links to the city centre.

   Me and my friend recently moved into One Eighty Stratford and couldn’t be happier. The moving in process was made very easy thanks to the staff and they have continued to be extremely helpful for any queries and issues that we have had. The building is in a great location with the train station, shops and outdoor areas being within a short walking distance. Our apartment is nice and spacious and has good views from the balcony and windows.

   I'm living in 180 since February this year and after that time canno't say anything bad about it. All problems related to the apartment are solved the same day. Staff at concierge are kind and always willing to help. Our apartment when we moved in was in perfect condition and the view from the window on Stratford is just amazing. Would highly recommend living here to everyone, 180 is one of the best place to live at Stratford.
