   I've been renting out my property with Ashton Burkinshaw for nearly 10 years now and they are great! I recently had a tenant move out and worked with Folake to complete the necessary work needed on the flat and get a new tenant in place. Folake and the whole team were wonderful! Folake was great at communicating and worked really hard to find a new tenant quickly so the property was empty for less than one week. She was really accommodating and lovely to work with. Could not recommend enough!

   Horrible letting agents for tenants. We booked a house and I specifically asked why are the current tenants leaving to which the letting agent said" I don't know, they have served a notice". Later after giving the holding deposit I came to know that they are buying a flat and the exchange is expected. Exchange did not happen on time. We can not wait for that so we pulled out since time was crucial for us. Now, fighting to get the refund of my holding deposit since last week. If the flat is not available now, don't book through them.They don't reply to emails. Very difficult to get them on phone. Literally cheating people of their money. Update: Received the holding deposit back. Thanks.

   My property has been in the hands of AshtonBurkinshaw since 2002 (Douglas Rogers at the time) for renting out, over nearly 20 years. I would like to thank all the staff who have taken care of the property, the tenants, and myself over these years. As far as I remember there has never been a hitch and any works to be carried out on the property were taken on with responsible companies. There was barely a time when there were no tenants, and AB were prompt in keeping it occupied and under control. I am very appreciative of your commitment and will recommend you 100%.
