The move in was really smooth, Annie guided us at every step. Roxanne helped us by sending videos of the apartment, as we were outside UK. I had electrical problems after I moved in, to which Annie swiftly responded and assisted me what to. Without her help it would have been a nightmare for me. I appreciate her help.

Living here has been pretty amazing, my initial move in was smooth without any hassle. I’ve renewed my tenancy and that was pretty straight forward, Annie has really been really great throughout both process, she’s very kind, attentive and very helpful. She’s made the stay here very pleasant. Only thing I can say honestly that is terrible is parking, which brings the rating to a 4. Everything is pretty okay.
