A great place to live! I’d encourage anyone considering renting at Union Wharf to arrange a viewing and have a chat with the on-site team and current residents, if possible. If you’d rather read online reviews first, I’d recommend checking HomeViews out as they only publish reviews from verified residents :)

I’ve been living here for almost 6 years and I wouldn’t leave anywhere else in London. The area is great and the view from the rooftop are nothing but the best you can get in London, but on top of that the service is absolutely outstanding. Team working here have always a smile on their faces and do anything to go above and beyond and to be helpful. I get that experiences are very personal and different but I’m really surprised by some of the past bad review. The transparency and sense of community here at UW is unrivalled and I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

What a fantastic place to live. We lived here for three years and are finally buying our own place. The team lovely, there has been some changes but the good ones remain. The views from the rooftop (and the apartment) are amazing. The terrace has a BBQ which you can use as long as you clean up after yourself. There's a gym which is soon to be moved and made bigger. Reading through some recent reviews, it's only ever been our experience that this really is a great place to live. We have met loads of people in the building and will stay in touch with them, but we think there are grumpy people who only ever say something online, and not to the people on the desk. We wrote this after speaking with the concierge who care loads and get annoyed by people only ever leaving bad reviews. Trust us, there are A LOT of people who love living here. Keep doing what you're doing CP team. HERE'S THE REVIEW WE PROMISED YOU! :)

There are some nice things about the flats at Union Wharf but my experience was negative. This focuses mainly on poor and unprofessional management and an organisation that will not investigate concerns (for example all the people listed on the complaints procedure no longer work for Essential Living which was acknowledged nearly a year ago but has not been updated)

It's like buying a puppy and discovering it's a shark. I moved here with promises of quiet, community, and professional services. Sadly, I've received none of those things. - It's quiet on the rooftop as you contemplate the meaning of it all, or on your balcony as the wind screeches through your head and numbs your sense of reality. If you want to experience the thrill of G-force, just stand on one of EL's balconies. - Footsteps, student raves, and on one unfortunate occasion, domestic abuse, are all audible beneath the sham of the modular flooring. But apparently soundproofing means we wouldn't have underfloor heating, so be grateful your tootsies are warm while sleep deprivation brings you closer to god. - Although I've made some lovely friends, I've also been threatened by other residents, slandered, and bullied by management. I can't say more than that due to *legal* stuff, but I'll update this review in due course. Let's just say that if you're in any way noise sensitive, don't live here. Save yourself. Run. Close this review and escape your fate. Thank god for foam earplugs, airpods, and alcohol (so much alcohol), but how my ear canals aren't the size of a wizard's sleeve is a scientific miracle. - I'm all for irony; it's a great tool for humour. However, when it comes to EL calling themselves 'professional,' I don't get the joke. It's the equivalent of me calling myself a dancer. We can all dare to dream, but if anyone came to my recital, they'd wonder who I'd stuffed in the cupboard of their dressing room so I could hurl my body across a stage in their place. Somewhere, there are actual professionals tied up in EL's basement while the charlatans at Union Wharf assume their identities. On the plus side, the views are lovely and it's prompted us to get on the property ladder, so every silver lining and all that...

Despite the lovely view that it offers the building sucks. They say it's new but it is really modular flats with fake walls and every single time your neighbors simply walk it's like an elephant in the room. Many times if a neighbor closes the door the fake walls of your flat will shake.. If you mind the noise and don't want to have any neurological issues after living there..stay away.. It's a disgrace to be charging earth and water for this construction..The Gym is also a joke..A small room with several machines which are always busy and that's all.. The definition of cheap quality!! Give your money somewhere else..

The managment company has ruined this otherwise great building. Steer clear! Pros: - Beautiful views as long as you're north facing and above the 6th floor. - Front of house is super friendly and nice. - Great facilities. Cons: - Random worker enters my flat without my permission - I got notified from my securty camera. I was then scolded by Essential Living (management company) for not having responded to my email... I was on holiday and they couldn't even pick up the phone. This is criminal!!! - External facade falling apart - Super noisy all the time - steps from upper neighbours clearly audible, traffic from the road (especially buses opassing over bridge) is loud - If someone is listening to music on a sound system the base reverbarates across several floors - There was an electricity surge on the 4th of September 2020 and the building almost caught on fire. Sockets started popping, smoke came out, and destroyed devices. (although we MIGHT get compensated, I'll update the review once that happens)
