   Fadhel is a man who does not give up looking for a perfect property for you. After weeks of looking around with different agencies I finally met Fadhel who showed me a few properties to my needs and when I told him the one I wanted, it took less than an hour to complete an offer with all my request sorted with the landlord. Top guy who is very straightforward and honest. I appreciated the fact he did not do the typical “we had a lot of viewings for the property” pitch. He just said if you like the property I will make it happen and if not I will find you one you like. Fadhel kept that promise and I would highly recommend his services. Thank you so much for making everything so easy.

   I have just ended my headache house hunting journey with the assistance from Fadhel from Lewisham office. He is an efficient and responsive professional who helped me all along and today I have moved in to the new flat. Fadhel didn’t hands-off immediately after arranging the property viewing, but he also assisted to speed up the subsequent process too get me move in as early as possible (which I believe something may be beyond his usual responsibilities). I’m glad to have his assistance and definitely recommend him to those who want to look for a property in Lewisham / Blackheath / Greenwich.

   Had it not been for Stan, Valentina and Claire I would not have been able to purchase the property I liked! Stan was beyond professional when he organised a series of viewings for me showing me a range of properties each with their pros and cons. His deep knowledge of the market was evident through his presentation and humbleness. He promptly and professionally liaised with the seller which quickly led to an offer being accepted. Later down the line, he crucially intervened when both solicitors could not resolve a property issue, so spoke with the seller and managed a to find a solution with them to overcome the stalemate. Valentina was great with organising successive viewings and made a difference in the last month before completion when she went above and beyond responding to as well as anticipating queries and liaising between solicitors together with Claire to make sure all information was conveyed promptly without delay. Had it not been for this the desired completion date would not have been met and the process would have extended for another 2-3 weeks at least. Claire was instrumental throughout the process to make sure each solicitor and each side was promptly progressing and ensured momentum was kept. Everyone from Madison Brook was very responsive, professional and clearly put an effort to make this work. I am thankful for the dedication of the team.

   I am trying to sell my flat with Madison Brook (Lewisham office). Firstly, let's fully acknowledge it is NOT a good time to be selling a flat in London, so I will put the market conditions to one side. I have only had one viewing in 8 weeks. That is slightly out of their control, so I will give them grace here. However, I have had to chase for any updates. It was 4 weeks of radio silence before I emailed asking for an update, thinking they had forgotten about me. I received an email and a call apologising and saying they were 'embarrassed' they didn't have any news for me. This I would have forgiven but the weeks of silence is extremely poor service and I was really disappointed having had absolutely zero communication, anything would have been better than nothing at all. Even a call or email to say "we're trying, here's the Rightmove stats, we've asked a handful of buyers for feedback and here's what they're saying". I'm also trying to buy my next home so really need to know what's going on with the sale and where we're at with things. It was agreed I would receive a call from Stan every Monday with an update, even if the update was that there was no news. Finally, I thought, this might encourage them to try and get some viewings and interest, or at the very least I would not be chasing. Originally I was under the impression I would receive a weekly report with an update on views from Rightmove, I haven't received this apart from once when I asked for it. Fast forward to the following Monday and I got the call "there is no news, no interest, we aren't getting interest for any of our properties right now, the market is stalled" I said that's fine, thanks for calling to let me know like we'd agreed. Later that week I received news, we finally had a viewing! After 6 weeks. The viewing took place the next Monday and I didn't receive any phone call update but given that we'd just had a viewing that was ok. I received an email from Valentina who took the viewing that she was awaiting feedback from the viewer. Feedback never came and now it has been 2 weeks, 2 more Mondays have come and gone with no phone call update that had been previously agreed. I don't know what is going on with this company but I am sick of chasing and begging for updates. I wouldn't recommend for others to sell with them as they aren't even able to keep to a simple agreement to call or email with weekly updates. Not impressed at all.

   I first contacted Madison Brooks a few days ago to arrange a viewing of a flat in Roma Corte, I was told I could have an online viewing and I would receive confirmation of slots available once the tenants had confirmed availability for bookings. I did't hear back from anyone so I decided to call back today and I was told the property had been taken off the market due to keys being unavailable. I asked if I would be informed if the flat returned to the market and I was told I would receive their standard property emails and I could see from that if the flat had returned online. This same week I received one about a flat in Brick Kiln, I replied to ask a viewing and got an Out of Office in reply. No one contacted me about my inquiry. Since I was on the call today, I asked to have an online viewing and we arranged 5:15 pm today. I didn't receive any call from the agent. I called back the office and I was told to call the agent myself and I was given a number, I called the number and this went straight to voicemail. This is very disappointing and highly unprofessional especially in such a competitive rental market.
