   Tony the maintenance engineer is a superstar! My bedroom door handle was rotted and I was stuck inside my bedroom, but he was able to get me out. Super intelligent, polite and friendly - he’s a top man. Also, Florian the building manager is also fantastic. He has great communication skills and always responds via phone, email or text if I need assistance.

   Lived in this place for 2 years, absolutely the best flat in Ilford. A little on the higher side when you talk about rent, but the facilities and security that they have is worth the money. Amazing gym, really big common area for meetings / parties / events. Good games room with a table tennis area. The people who lived in the apartment were vetted quite well and there were no anti social behaviour from anyone. Onboarding process was a bit long (ref check etc). I can't even get started about Maddie and her team, they are the most helpful people I've ever dealt with. Whenever there is a fault in the house they got it fixed, whenever you have some special requests they listen to you. The reception is 24/7 guarded and someone is always there to help you. Parcel room facility is also amazing! When you forget your keys they help you out after checking the id, I have never heard a 'no' from the team with any requests. Getting the deposit back is quite easy when leaving and they don't make any unnecessary deductions. The place is super CLEAN, which is very important. Super hygienic and clean apartment. Sainsbury and One stop is 2 mins walking distance from the house. Parking is available. Ilford Elizabeth line station is 2mins walking which makes it very comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

   I recently had the pleasure of viewing a flat with Naz as our host, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we met, Naz was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. He made us feel comfortable throughout the visit and was more than happy to answer all our questions. His demeanor was calm, and his attention to detail truly stood out. The flat itself was absolutely immaculate—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It’s clear that great care and effort have been put into ensuring a high standard for potential tenants. A big thank you as well to his manager, Maddy, who has clearly fostered a great environment for the team. It’s rare to come across such a professional and personable approach, and this duo really delivered. Overall, the experience was seamless, and I left with a very positive impression.    I love that the level of security is top notch, the place is well maintained,we have a well equipped gym followed by a yoga room, and an open area for kids to play. If you are working from home,we have a well maintained office area followed by a lounge area. I get an amazing view as well. The staff is kind and always ready to help. I am glad I chose this place to live. Thank you to the entire team for working hard and making this place beautiful and safe for us to Live.

   My Experience is wonderful and outstanding, What makes this place so special is the staff who take care of all aspects of convenience and comfort of all residents, they are so kind with their 5 stars way of making you welcomed all the time. That was the cherry on top of a great modern flat that is well maintained and really beautiful. My special thanks goes to Cassandra, and Maddie for making sure any issues I face are sorted. I am happy to be part of the Picture house Family. One final thing to mention is that it is all about who manages the property and believe me Savills proved to be one of the top in the market.    My wife and I have been staying here for 2 years now coming up to 3. Besides being in an ideal location, one of the main reasons for our renewal is the great reception staff and building management team who are available 24/7. Maddie in particular has been looking after us ever since we moved in and I wouldn't be wrong in saying that we may have moved by now if it wasn't for her support. Maddy is proactive, and always manages to find an effective resolve to issues we have faced during our stay. My wife and I are grateful to know we can turn to her for any issues and this definitely gives you a sense of peace at mind; it makes all the difference!
