    I came in London on 2014 and Eurooms gave me the room on the same day, the room was huge, house was okay, the experience was a bit ruined from my dirty tenants, but the experience overall with them was great and nothing to complaint. A few weeks ago my friend really needed help as his landlord disappeared and he supposed to move in one of his property. I offered him to stay temporary in my house and i recommended Eurooms. They really took care of him and gave him a nice room straight away, from being anxious to be without a house he became incredibly happy and i'm really glad to have recommended him this agency. thank you.

    The whole tram provided great services. Quick response to emails. The house itself was not the best to be fair, but the team was responding quite fast and fixing all the small issues within 1-2 days.

    I was a tenant with EUROOMS for a little over 3 years and I have nothing but gratitude towards them. The room was good and the quality for money was very good.     One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed and probably the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. It’s enough to see manner they are replying to your emails or making public comments to understand what kind of agency this is. House I was living in was falling apart- starting from broken fence ending with huge rat holes in the walls. Reported at least twice - no one came to fix. I’ve attached the images to be clear what I’m talking about. There were serious issues with leaks and mould. House was very damp and bad smelling, a lot of my personal belongings were ruined because of smell which was sticking literally everywhere, no compensation was ever given to me. My requests to take an action regarding rats and bad odour in the house were simply ignored. Over three months I’ve stayed there I’ve sent around 10 e-mails informing about the issues but nothing was ever done. They could have provide at least some dehumidifier to reduce smell. I’ve reported this in first week of my stay. Unfortunately as per my contract I had to stay there 10 weeks or I’d lose my money. I should mention cleaning - over three month I’ve stayed she came barely three or four times and maximum she did was wash floor. It was very clear that no proper cleaning was done in ages, all corners was covered in dust and grease, especially in the kitchen. Once she came and only signed the schedule and didn’t even bother to wash the floor. After that I made complaint- must say than she came and cleaned the house but that was the only time she did more or less proper cleaning. I don’t know who writes good reviews, maybe their friends, but my advice would be pay attention to one star reviews and you can find them around the internet. And they all listing same problems- leaks, odours in a building , lack of cleaning, rats, unprofessional and rude agents. This means I’m not the only one who experienced similar. They’re trying to rent out saying the property is cheap but in fact house condition like this should not be rented out at all. For money they’re asking you definitely can find much better room in a good area. I have made a complaint to a property ombudsman with all the emails and pictures I’ve taken and hopefully there will be an action taken. However this might take ages so I decided to share my experience on here. If you had similar experience id advise you do the same. For the reference- for the privacy reasons I’m not using my real name.

    I have lived with this agency for years in two different houses and I can say I could have not chosen better. Cleanliness of both houses is top as the cleaner comes ever week. If there is any issue, they are always nice and helpful and try to sort it out as soon as possible. When I needed move closer to my workplace, they were kind enough to just change my address on contract and didn't need to pay deposit again. Always happy with their services and communication. Highly recommend this agency!

    I found them through a friend of mine and could not recommend any other agency as good as they are. I was renting their rooms for two years and they are extremely flexible, (should you need to move to another area or find better house available they arranged it all within a day without requesting you to pay any deposit again ) and I’ve never had an agency that actually made me feel like home! If you have any problems, they sort it out ASAP without any extra cost. Through them is one of the easiest and cheapest way to find a flat in London. A great way to meet new people from different countries and I’m just so pleased and grateful for their services.
