   We recently sold our flat with Element, after having it on the market last year with a larger agency, that did not result in a sale. We felt that our property wasn’t sold particularly well and we would be able to sell fairly easily, partnering with the right agents. George and Hiten from Element, agreed, and took on our flat. They were fantastic throughout the process, got plenty of viewings and took the time to research the flat and the area, making it a very easy and enjoyable sale. They were always happy to answer all of our questions, and were highly communicative throughout. We sold within the first month of listing and they were fantastic up until completion.    Couldn't have been happier with this agency! From the first time we met George, who showed us around the property that is now our home, we felt very much at ease and confident in his knowledge of the property and the area. From then on the agency kept us updated on the purchase and anything that could be done from either side to keep the process moving. We've dealt with loads of agents over the years for sales and purchases. But element were genuinely superior. Right from the first meeting they were amazing. Hiten, our contact was incredible. Calm, polite and knowledgeable. They helped me.oreaent my house and bought forward multiple well placed buyers, achieving a ove asking price without a week of listing. They gave me advice and confidence right through the sale and helped me make some sensible choices on my onward purchase too. Their philosophy makes them different and they live up to it.    We selected Element Properties based on a recommendation that they are an efficient progressive new business. The sale of our London flat became a long drawn out 12 month process due to the Landlord, who is a Housing Association, prevaricating over whether they could provide a clean lenders letter. George and more recently Hiten managed the sales process in an consistently efficient and way, with excellent communication with ourselves at all times. Our buyers were first time buyers and the personal support they received from both George and Hiten undoubtedly significantly supported the successful sales process, achieving maximum value for us in the currently turbulent market.    As a tenant moving into a rented property in London I highly recommend Element Properties & Co. Ejiro has been extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process and the team has been forensic in their approach to details and making sure my partner and I have all the information we need at every stage of the agreement and the move. They have even linked us up with a company that sorts the transfer of all the council tax and bills which has been invaluable in removing some of the pressure one might typically experience when moving. They have been responsive, polite and personable.
