   I have lived here for almost 11 years now and this is a very kind rational and fair company. I think its a step ahead of your normal agency its more like a private landlord. I have always dealt with Ajay who is a very kind and caring person. When there's a problem, it quicly gets resolved.I definately highly recommend this company I have been allowed to make this my home over the years and I couldn't wish for more.

   Very bad experience with this real estate firm, mr ajay pamneja is very unprofessional with his work. Needs to keep on chasing him for a revert. No response to calls and msgs. I viewed one of his property which i liked and asked 1-2 days for confirmation, i called him 2 days later and all of sudden he is saying I don’t feel confident enough to let you the property and will get you back in few days, without any reason, I don’t get it even after providing a guarantor and having a job makes you unfit for letting. Still after calling and asking him straight forward if he wants to let me or not, he isn’t responding. Damn very unprofessional and void replies to your call.
