Went to view a flat here, first of all the building is on a flood plain so their insurance must be quite expensive. Secondly, the communal areas all look tired and shoddy probably thanks to lack of maintenance. Third- the communal front door didn’t lock and the car park gates were wide open, again signs of poor maintenance. Finally, this building is right next to a human warehouse- shipping containers stacked a few floors high for homeless residents of Redbridge. Your estate agent probably won’t tell you that.
