    Finding a trustworthy estate agent can be tough, but I've been with Charlesons for six years now and couldn't be happier.     Absolutely unacceptable experience. My friends, a family with two young children, had booked this property in good faith. After confirming the booking, the management shockingly gave the property away to someone else without any notice or regard for the hardship caused. Because of this unprofessional and irresponsible behavior, my friends and their children were left stranded and forced to go through unnecessary stress and difficulty. Such conduct reflects a complete lack of integrity, accountability, and respect for tenants. If you value reliability, professionalism, and basic human decency, I strongly advise you to stay away from this place. What they did is nothing short of a scam.

    Unfortunately a bad experience which will make me homeless in a few days. I would suggest anyone that leaves a holding deposit so MAKE SURE they get a signed contract as soon as possible after paying the holding deposit. I passed all referencing and my holding deposit was held for a month with no signs of receiving a contract. I was told to pay by a certain date and no contract would be signed without payment. I emailed them saying i am happy to pay as soon as I receive the contract. On the day I was supposed to pay. They call me as the landlord has supposedly withdrawn letting her property out to me. This is very bad practise and I would suggest if you do decide to rent a property from Charleson - get a signed contract as soon as you can. Within 15 days of paying your holding deposit. Anyway due to this. My current tenancy is running out and I was supposed to move into my new place in a few days until the landlord “decided” to back out.

    Charlesons lettings helped my partner and I move into our new home and made the process as smooth as possible. In a situation where we are in a pandemic and finding many other agents out there very unhelpful Charlesons have been amazing to deal with as a tenant. I dealt with Ash who very professional and is very experienced in his field and ensuring he met expectations from both myself as a tenant and the landlord. I can confirm this as I met the Landlord of my property upon move in. I also dealt with Rebecca who has tremendous skills in customer service and working with me to make sure i understood the referencing and move in process, she was a pleasure to work with. Overall the best agents I have dealt with in years, and coming from a professional background myself, I highly recommended these guys and as a trusted agency that I would personally trust my own family and friends.
