   Bouncers are so egotistical. They refused my entry for no apparent reason, and when I was persistent and asked why they grabbed me by my neck so hard I now have permanent red marks. Bare in mind I was off the property and completely non confrontational.

   Came here on a whim due to a few free drinks vouchers, however ended up staying for hours with Gracie serving us with a smile. Great music, and till 8 it was half price selected drinks which was even better. Will definitely be back.

   We booked the cocktail making masterclass for my best friends hen do. It was a large hen booking of 32 so we decided to use home as the venue offered us a private room. The whole experience from initial emails to the big day yesterday was exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble for the events team, they were so accommodating & helpful. Price wise, ABSOLUTE BARGAIN!!!! how many places can say that they can offer a private room, cocktail masterclass including 2 cocktails, prosecco arrival, beer pong & bar games & the most delicious & plentiful buffet for under £40 per person? The whole experience truly exceeded expectations & we had a wonderful time, the bride was beyond thrilled with everything. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Having done cocktail making classes at other venues, I can say that Home hands down beat everywhere else. It was such good value for money & the food was absolutely delicious & so plentiful. I must make special mention to Katie, Daisy & Telmah. Those ladies were incredible! So professional & efficient, friendly & approachable & did a fab job of wrangling 32 hens. Nothing was too much trouble & we’re so unbelievably grateful for the outstanding service they provided. Telmah even looked after us in VIP when we returned back later in the evening & she was still as happy, attentive & professional as she was 8 hours previous when we first arrived. if you need a venue for your special occasion, Home the one to choose.

   We go out rarely but when we do, Home nightclub is always our go to. We always book the VIP area which works out cheaper than having to buy drinks all night, individually. The VIO area has style, looks expensive and the staff will go above and beyond for you. You have the option to leave your things & drinks there and venture onto the dancing floors, which is great. Although busy because of how great it all is, we always find it breathable and just enough to allow us to have fun and experience different music styles onto various floors. The venue is clean and the staff, including security men are friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this venue for any age groups.

   We booked with Home for our work Christmas party this year and had an incredible time. Nikki, Emily, and Georgie were all responsive, flexible, and accommodating during the booking process and helped us out with two site visits. Everything was reasonably priced and it was a relief to be able to hand catering over to the team and they were able to accommodate some tricky dietary requirements. They made sure our party organisers could also relax by setting everything up ahead of time (including decorations/tables/TV etc.) Home have several function/hire rooms and we went with the Live Lounge as it had it's own bar and stage for the live music we had planned. The Home team even offered tech/music support from their technician for our band ahead of time. They also organised a social space after the party with their sister company Carousel which included complimentary game tokens. On the night, everyone was wowed with the set up as well as the personable and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help and were all in good spirits (shout to Dan and Aaron who were fab!) If you're unsure on using Home for your private functions and parties, we couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks to the whole team.

   Lady in the coat room was extremely rude to me, gave her my jumper then she shouted me back loudly I come back and then she waves at me really rudely, bouncers also?? who hired these guys absolutely rude called my friend a c*nt when we was queing. Also like a year 8’s disco with the music, other than that great bar setting but this ruins it for us.

   Absolute joke. Spent 9 pound to stand there and not get served or anything. Continuously asked the bar tender for drinks and someone else who knew them would turn up and they would serve them first. Stood there for nearly 30 minutes and never even got looked at. Absolute crime they can charge people to enter and not even give them the chance to buy a drink. Fyi I was completely sober so no reason to refuse me a drink. I was sympathetic at first that mabey others had been waiting out of sight but after the 11th person was served after only just arriving at the bar and knowing the staff by name did I leave and will never return again. Absolute scam!!!

   After visiting home night club for the first time in many years, the bouncers were rude back then and still are now. I won’t be visiting again. When I asked a question, they sarcastically answered and were rude. They are front of house and are the first impression a customer gets when they visit home night club and it reflects badly on the club unfortunately. Maybe some customer service training is needed…
