I have dealt with a fair share of estate agents and not all/if not most have not been pleasant but the service provided by Clintons Management Ltd has been second to none. From viewing the property to vetting and eventually to completing a tenancy agreement, the handling by Clinton's staff was consistently a pleasant journey. The care they take with both landlords and tenants means that I have experienced a quite remarkable 98% occupancy and rent payment rate over this lengthy period. The company is responsive to the requests of landlords and tenants alike. I have recently benefited from an incredible "over and above" managing agent experience with them. A flat of mine suffered severe damage as a result of a sewerage pipe leak. The water company and block management company placed the blame firmly at my tenant's door, and expected me to pay the bill. Clintons intervened, were able to establish the water company's liability and secured over £70k in compensation for the damage caused by the leak. Outcome: no loss of income to me, a delighted tenant, completely refurbished flat and a glowing testimony from me, the landlord. to Clintons!
I am very pleased with the service in which Clinton’s provide. Maxine which is the letting agent I dealt with was amazing, easy going, understanding and highly processo. She made me feel very relaxed and assured during the whole process. The updates where consistent and fast. This made the moving in process much quicker. As someone who works in the same field I know the pressures that come with dealing with customers in relations to their homes and Clinton did not make me feel any pressure. Therefore, I must commend their impeccable services and would advice that Clinton’s is the best estate agent for me because I went through all the wrong ones trying to find a place to call home until I came across Clinton.
