The initial part of the process was much to be desired. Over promised, under delivered in terms of the marketing part of the process. However once the offer was made and I was dealing with Helen, the process was smoother. I was kept well informed, she communicated frequently with all the relevant stakeholders and steered the process through to completion.
I had a fantastic experience working with Helen from Hunters Estate. She kept me updated at every step of the process, which really gave me peace of mind. Her communication was clear, timely, and professional, and I always felt informed and supported throughout. I really appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.
As a former tenant of a property in their portfolio in Chadwell Heath for over four years, I strongly advise against renting from this agency. Doing so puts you and your family at risk of health issues, as I experienced. Due to persistent mould in the property, my daughter was hospitalized multiple times at King George Hospital during the winter with severe asthma symptoms. I urge you to explore better options and choose an agency that genuinely cares about your health and safety as a tenant! P.S. The team at Hunters are exceptional. We sold our property through Hunters, and were also fortunate enough to find our onward purchase through them. We had on and off dealings with Hunters for the good part of a year due to changing circumstances. Hunters were patient, thoughtful and consumate professionals throughout the process, always available to take our call and happy to accommodate where they could. We recently completed our house sale through Hunters Chadwell Heath and they were nothing short of fantastic! Ben managed the viewings brilliantly with minimal disruptions for us and he achieved top sale price from the best buyer. As the sale progressed, Helen chased the solicitors within the chain weekly giving us regular updates. The team's expertise navigated us through what is often a stressful experience leading us to a very happy house move. The rest of the team was extremely helpful too. Very pleased with the whole experience and outcome.

We recently completed the sale of our property and Hunters were exceptional. We had two buyers drop out but Hunters did everything they could to secure another buyer which they did straight away. They are professional, friendly and will do everything they can to sell your property for the best price possible. I can't recommend them highly enough! Absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend the team at Hunters highly enough but a special mention to Dev and especially Helen who went above and beyond to sell my elderly mothers house. When it looked like my mum might have to complete on the sale of her home before the purchase of the new flat Helen kept on chasing from her end even though her side of the process was finished. Communication was great, with weekly email updates given in addition to calls and emails where necessary. The process of selling a property (& buying) is very stressful but Hunters do their best to ease the stress for their clients. Thank you Hunters
