   Amazing staff, really friendly and helpful, always smiling. Clearly a really tight head office. It's boiling in there during the summer and freezing in the winter. It's pretty much been this way since I started going there 5 years ago... always "broken". Profits over staff wellbeing as with most companies. Will update review if the store goes above 15c this winter.

   We don’t visit often, but it’s always a great experience when we do. We came in today for some new gear for Teddy and were looked after by Emma and Mike, who were both so helpful. They made sure his harness was fitted properly and even gave him a few treats, which he loved! Always a friendly and welcoming place to shop.

   Visited today for the first time in a long time. A really good selection of treats for dogs, natural treats available too like cow ears, chicken feet, rabbit ears, beef trachea, ostrich sausage plus loads more Decent prices and friendly staff, made a real fuss of our dog!

   This is the nicest pet shop I have been to. It has a massive choice for dogs and it’s really really tidy and clean. There is all so a deli for the dogs with a wide verity of dog treats and chews. I was so impressed. The staff are so lovely and kind.
