From selecting tenants to arranging works at the property he has looked after everything while keeping me fully informed. Agents generally get a bad rap, but I can only speak as I find and this company is top drawer.

   My partner and I rented a flat from Homes & Co for over 8 1/2 years. Sean & Lisa provided professional, friendly and efficient service throughout all this time. Queries and issues were always addressed quickly, and any broken appliances timely replaced. The property was inspected regularly and safety checks were carried out. Sean & Lisa have been a pleasure to deal with and we're grateful to them for making our stay in the flat so smooth & enjoyable! Highly recommended!

Very friendly and always there to help if needed. Hope to still be with this agent for many years :) 2017: I've been with Homes & Co for two years now. I can honestly say they are such a friendly and homely estate agent. If ever I've had a query or needed something the team (Michelle, Sean and Lisa) have always been highly responsive and more than willing to help.    Professional service, prompt responses and a pleasure to deal with! I rented off Homes and Co for almost 5 years. Whenever I had a query, Michelle responded promptly, almost within the hour and resolved all my queries. Sean & Lisa were equally prompt and efficient and went beyond the call of duty to help out. No issue was too big or too small. I've rented off many agencies in London in my 10 years and I would have to say that these agents are the fairest and best in service. I would highly recommend.

   Homes & Co have been fantastic from day one. I first spoke with Michelle over the phone who answered all my questions and arranged a flat viewing for me with Sean. Soon after I then met Sean who not only showed me the flat I requested to see but also another that was also available nearby so I could compare. I expressed interest in the flat and Sean got things going very quickly and kept me informed. The application process was made very easy by Michelle and this was completed with minimal effort required on my part. Any problems in the flat have been sorted by Homes & Co quickly and efficiently. They handle all communication with the landlord and arrange all plumber/contractor call outs where appropriate. During the flat inspections the agent who visits is very helpful with a variety of things including reminding me what rights I have as a tenant in case there was a problem with my landlord (which I have not needed to exercise). All in all top notch service. Thanks Homes & Co!

   We have rented through Homes and Co for about 18 months and they've been great. We got our flat incredibly quickly with no problems, and they are always quick to resolve any issues and have things fixed/replaced quickly. We also signed for another two years with them and they certainly don't charge through the nose! Would definitely recommend!
