Great cinema. Nice staff. Roomy seating in cinemas. Always had a positive experience when I go there. Shame most of negative reviews are for quite minor issues.

Staff are really friendly and polite. However the screen rooms aren't cleaned between screenings. As it was my first time there I wasn't sure what to expect but it wasn't up to the usual standard I see odeon at. (Or maybe that standard has slipped a lot as cinema is dying tbh), anyways there wasn't any leg room which as a 154cm person is never my problem. And they didn't put the screen on until 17:27, when the movie was scheduled for 17:30. That paired with the old nachos and popcorn littering the floor of the room made me panic that I was in the wrong screen or that it was out of use! Please properly clean up between screenings and turn on the screen a little earlier so it's not so dark and hard to navigate for those who arrive on time.

Staff are very welcoming. However the cinema is very dated. Seats, even in the supposedly best area of screen 2, are tattered with the leather split. The base of the screen is out of focus. Staff should really try and stop people walking in with hot food to consume on site. Sitting in a cinema bathed in the smell of what was clearly quite a large order from wing stop was not ideal and took away from the viewing experience. Ideally go to the Everyman in Crystal Palace or the Vue in Wandsworth.

Streatham Odeon, is best if you wanted a chilling cinema experience. Staff is lovely to say the least. They are all so chilled, calm, and relaxed the atmosphere in the all place is calm. I had a joyful Saturday session as a birthday party and loved so much. The children enjoyed even more. Thank you Streatham team. For making our celebration lovely. We bought and re-booked online.

Is it possible that one goes to the cinema and practically they leave the lights on? Itβs soooo bright during the movie. I understand safety reason but can find a system that does not ruin the cinema experience? Screen 1 looks beautiful but so bright during screening. The sound was awful. Itβs a shame as itβs got potential, people are nice and itβs got good price. But never go there if decide to watch a movie I care about as itβs too unreliable (btw the brightness thing is common to many Odeon cinemas!)

Smaller Odeon but at a very convenient place in the neighbourhood and probably the only one in South London (thankfully). The toilets unfortunately are too small on the ground floor, barely with any space and the ones upstairs always have quite a long queue and end up being dirty. The food queue before showtimes can be quite long as well and a few times we just gave up and went in. If the services can be improved that would make this place extra popular.

To be competitive today, something definitely has to be done. Watched Black Panther last night and the audio was terrible, the contrast/configuration seemed off. The darker scenes were too dark and the lighter ones were completely blown out, I could barely hear or see for most of the movie. A few months back, the screen went black midway through the movie and never returned, we had to be given refunds. Time to reinvest some of that profit Odeon.

I was in one of the smaller screening theatres and was cramped and I'm only 5 feet! But once the movie started forgot about it. As expected pricey snacks and drinks but once in a while a lovely treat. Plus really reasonable tickets, much cheaper than the two independent cinemas near me!

The staff are lovely but the venue could do with an update. Getting to screen 8 was a marathon. Very small toilets not very well kept. Enjoyed the film and had a comfortable seat.

Nice theater with friendly staff. Don't expect state-of-the-art hardware, the ads before you can actually watch a movie were a bit too much for me, but other than that I have enjoyed my time most of the time. A good place to spend some time every now and then especially when a great movie has arrived. I will come back for sure.
