   Dear Cineworld Team, (Leceister Square) I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding support I received from your staff during my recent visit. I lost a few item (13/11/2025) and was feeling quite anxious about it, but your team went above and beyond to help me locate them after I return on this date 18/11/2025. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate the effort they put into ensuring that I got my belongings back. It’s clear that you have a wonderful team dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Thank you once again for your help. It made my experience at Cineworld truly memorable! Thanks to receiving personnel (Junaid) for looking to his Manager (Dreni) white guy with eyeglass. His the best for looking and reassuring that my item is back with me. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️

   Cineworld continues to impress with its sleek, modern venues and meticulously maintained auditoriums. The IMAX screen is genuinely breathtaking spanning floor to ceiling and delivering a powerfully immersive viewing experience. We opted for row J (mid-tier seating), which offered a central vantage point but felt overwhelmingly close during pre-show ads. For full-length features, stepping back a few rows higher would likely provide a more balanced perspective without losing impact. Comfort notes: Legroom is noticeably tight, especially for taller viewers. Seats are firm functional for shorter films but less forgiving over two-plus hours. Cup holders are poorly designed, with an open base that fails to secure standard water bottles or smaller drinks forcing awkward lap-balancing. Despite these minor ergonomic shortcomings, the audio-visual immersion remains top-tier, and the film was thoroughly enjoyable. A premium cinematic experience worth the visit especially for blockbuster spectacles. Arrive early to secure a higher row, and consider bringing a cushion or smaller drink vessel for added comfort. Recommended for IMAX enthusiasts willing to prioritize screen over seat.

   I was lucky to be able to watch the Avengers Endgame double header premiere here. It was one of my favorite cinema experiences of all time. I mostly go to this cinema for IMAX related films, and the image and sound quality are always top tier. it can be a little hectic but the staff there are very helpful. Some of the downsides are the prices for a ticket and snacks which compared to other really great IMAX cinemas, is a bit much.

   I watched Demon Slayer at IMAX Leicester Square, London, and the experience was absolutely amazing! The screen is massive, the sound quality is incredible, and the seating is very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. This is truly one of the best places to watch a movie in London. The IMAX experience here feels unique and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

   Me and a friend went to watch Demon Slayer in IMAX here and the experience was amazing. The screen was huge, sound was insane and it felt super immersive. Seats were comfy too. Bit on the expensive side for tickets and snacks, otherwise it would've been a 5.

   We tried a 4dx cinema for the first time here, we watched scream 6 and the experience was amazing! the staff were friendly and the place was really cool. would be better if they had better drink options, i got a pepsi and it was almost completely flat. other than that, can’t complain

   Went to see Avatar in the 4DX screen. We've never been to this screen to see a movie. OMG, what an experience! It was like sitting on a roller coaster ride for 3 hours. We had water, wind, scent, and the seats that move in every direction! Plus, the bonus of 3D, there were times that we thought we were in Pandora. It was a fantastic experience and worthwhile, although the price was very expensive. But for a treat, it was a great experience.

   Just seen Top Gun Maverick 4DX and it was fantastic. Loved the moving seats and effects..it really added to the experience, felt like I had had a core work out! The cinema is super clean, extensive range of food and drink on offer but be careful what you take through to the 4DX! There is an advert right at the start where the actor asks you to get your phone out and record...I thought it was a joke but wish I had done it as you get to record all the effects that go off in the room during the film, including just how much your seat moves! Anyway, I wouldn't bother with paying extra for 4DX for some films but with action films it is amazing.
