The STAFF β€œSTOLE”MY 20 POUNDS!!! Came for Zootopia 2 β€” which already felt like a rushed, watered-down sequel β€” but nothing prepared me for the real plot twist: Odeon lost my dinner. The staff made me store my Jollibee at the front desk. After the movie, I asked for it, and the staff told me with a straight face: β€œOh… yours was taken.” Taken… by who? The food fairy? Because I was still in the building. Then her colleague proudly brought out a bag like she’d solved the mystery β€” only for it to be someone else’s leftover fries. Meanwhile, my meal was a full, untouched chicken set that I’d been saving because I hadn’t eaten all day. So yes: I paid for a Dolby experience and walked out with a cold bag of someone else’s scraps. Five-star professionalism. If this cinema can’t even safeguard a box of fried chicken, maybe don’t force customers to hand it over in the first place. Bad movie. Worse service. The only thing crazier than Zootopia today was this cinema.

What a brilliant, brilliant venue!! You’re welcomed by a lovely member of staff at the top of the stairs who checks you’re in the right spot, followed by 2 cool escalators that take you down to where all the magic happens. There’s a fun sitting area/bar/snack area where you can wait. I saw a film in 3d Dolby this evening so another friendly staff member handed us special glasses. The screen was spotless and the seats are lovely recliners, the seats are really comfy too. each seat has its own little table which spins to wherever you need it to. The screen (screen 1 in particular) is very spacious and comfy. The dolby dynamics were brill and the glasses were comfy (though if you have a small head, id recommend bringing hair clips or something to help secure the glasses to your head). The cinema also has toilets which are clean. I think it makes all the difference at cinemas when the staff are nice, and this place definitely hosted that this evening :)

Odeon Luxe West End really is a beautiful cinema. Incredibly modern with luxury seating and interiors. The actual main cinema screen is located underground, so you have to take several escalators or the lift to get down to the main foyer. The Dolby Cinema screen is stunning and vivid with bright colours and incredible sound. The seats are relatively comfortable. However, they don't recline backwards enough which made watching the film slightly uncomfortable. Other Odeon Luxe cinemas have more comfortable seating that supports your back more. Nonetheless, this is a great cinema to watch films in and hope to return to watch a blockbuster that really showcases the Dolby experience!

ODEON Luxe West End in Piccadilly is a great spot to catch a film in total comfort. The reclining seats are super comfy, the picture and sound are top-notch, and the place has a stylish, relaxed vibe. Perfect for a cosy movie night right in the heart of London.

This is a gem in the Odeon cinema chain. A luxury cinema with only a few screens, about 2-4 floors underground and very quiet. We have the lay back reclining seats with the plus option. The plus option gives optimal positioning for the Dolby sound system and this made a massive difference. You can really feel the audio when watching the movie. There are buttons for reclining and a lovely table to put your snacks and refreshments on. Staff are polite and toilets relatively clean. We would definitely come back again just for a great experience to watch in a nice venue. Price is worth it but is more than you’d ever pay in another cinema, even regular Odeons.

Great experience! Happened to be watching Avatar (3hr movie) which totally made it worth every penny. Bought the upgraded premier seat, but did not notice any apparent differences from the β€œnormal recliner”. Cinema was dark right from the beginning, so be prepared to turn on your torch to find your seat.

This is another level of cinema experience! Super comfortable reclining seats, great view and sound quality (not too loud and not too quiet) as well as the optimal temperature which was pleasant. Definitely coming back to see another movie.

Watched Halloween on screen 1 tonight. The sound is too loud. It is ear piercing and in my opinion ruined the experience. I’m not sure if this is the case every time or if the sound is manually operated. I found myself covering an ear at times when music was playing or someone yelled. I wasn’t the only one. The screen was great and the recliner seats were very nice. A lovely cinema. Just need the sound sorted. 3 stars as I do expect a cinema with Dolby sound to get the sound right.

Top class, reclining seats, big screen and all for one of the lowest prices in the west end! Staff are diverse and friendly and they have a male baby changing room! So wonderful. Will be back
